In the spirit of Learn&Share, here are some notes I am compiling on how to install LEMP on the Raspberry Pi. So far I have done LEMP.
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo reboot
sudo apt-get install nginx
sudo systemctl start nginx
sudo systemctl enable nginx
At this point you should be able to browse to your Pi and get a webpage
sudo apt-get install php5 php5-cgi php5-fpm
sudo nano /etc/nginx/sites-available/default
sudo nano /etc/php5/fpm/php.ini
sudo nano /etc/php5/fpm/pool.d/www.conf
sudo systemctl start php5-fpm
sudo systemctl enable php5-fpm
cd /var/www/html/
sudo nano info.php
At this point you should be able to browse to your Pi (http://<your IP>/info.php) and get the PHP info
/var/www/html/info.php
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
/etc/nginx/sites-available/default

# You should look at the following URL’s in order to grasp a solid understanding
# of Nginx configuration files in order to fully unleash the power of Nginx.
# http://wiki.nginx.org/Pitfalls
# http://wiki.nginx.org/QuickStart
# http://wiki.nginx.org/Configuration
#
# Generally, you will want to move this file somewhere, and start with a clean
# file but keep this around for reference. Or just disable in sites-enabled.
#
# Please see /usr/share/doc/nginx-doc/examples/ for more detailed examples.
